“ SENSEI VANISH! ”

Sensei, (formerly known as ?????? when he was shoveling out snow before the Card Jitsu Game opened), is a penguin that first appeared when the Dojo got severely damaged by lightning, claiming to have returned from "a long journey". He used to be seen at the Dojo Exterior, but now he can be found inside the Dojo, sitting on the cushion next to the variable-colour pot. He has the color Gray, which is not currently available to players and appears to be a very old Penguin. He has a small white beard (Possibly he is related to Rockhopper), thick white eyebrows, and a conical straw hat. He was seen digging out the Dojo. He later revealed he would launch a card game for training Ninjas, known as "Card Jitsu". His name was revealed to be "Sensei" or the Japanese word for 'teacher', implying he is the ninja trainer. Apparently, he said that came over from far away to return, which means he has been to Club Penguin before. He presently is handing out Starter Packs in the Dojo to players training to become ninjas. He also awards penguins colored belts for their progress in the Card Jitsu. Also, once players get a black belt, Sensei can be challenged and if one wins, they become a true Ninja. Sensei will always pick the opposite card of what you pick, unless you are a black belt.

On July 3 to July 5, Ninjas were able to meet Sensei at the Ninja Hideout, and teach them a new trick (a cloud maker). The award for finding him is an autographed background. He was also seen during the Sensei's Scavenger Hunt, teaching ninjas about the upcoming event. He also visited the Fire Dojo and Ninja Hideout on Friday 20th

Rockhopper could be a possible relative of Sensei, seeing as they both are the only penguins to sport beards and bushy eyebrows. They both seem to have a knack for exploring and and telling stories to penguins while visiting. This has not yet been proven.

Chat-Jitsu: I will name an element, and you have to answer with what beats it, as fast as you can! (Sensei often tricks people, by naming random things like marshmallows)
Hit-a-Gong!: I will name a creature, and you have to hit the gong with the named creature on it! (Sensei often tricks people by naming creatures like seahorses)
I spy...: I will name the colour of something and you have to name it!
Ninja run!: Sensei get penguins to run left & right in the Ninja Hideout.
The Fire Game: While in the Fire Dojo, Sensei will shout 'FIRE!' and ninjas must run to something with fire on it.

In an exclusive interview with the Sensei on September 16th 2009 about the orange sky and the machine in the Ninja Hideout, Sensei said,"We will use the fire to awaken the mountain". He also said, "always look to the mountains."

Sensei's knowledge of other Famous PenguinsSensei has 3 explenations about his knowledge of Rockhopper. It is unknown why he knows and doesn't know him:

Rockhopper: Rockhopper, you say? He is a most wonderous pirate, as well as wise.
Rockhopper: Rockhopper? I do not know this lad. Does he know me?
Rockhopper: Rockhopper. Silly Penguin. Much to learn in the ways of ninja.
Gary: Gary? I do not know much about him... I hear he is a famous scientist.

"Gary" the gadget guy

Gary the Gadget Guy (more formally known as Agent G), is Club Penguin's only inventor and scientist and also the owner of the Sport Shop. He likes wearing a white lab coat and his special twisted spectacles, and enjoys eating Fish Dish Pizza, Cheese pizza, and a combination of icing, sugar, hot sauce, jelly beans, and Fish Pizza. He is almost always seen drinking Coffee. It is rumored that fine-tuning the coffee machine to play music while the coffee was brewing was one of his first projects. It's not known how Gary has his eyes. In an issue of The Penguin Times his eyes appear like Sensei's, but smaller.
On Club Penguin Times issue 200, it was mentioned that Gary will make an appearance at the Festival of Flight 2009, and in the section "In Focus: A Waddle Down Memory Lane", Gary was quoting the quote at the top of the page. When the Volcano created a gigantic cloud across Club Penguin during October 2009, Gary said the Cloud might just create a Storm just in time for the Halloween Party 2009, and said he might have to investigate this Storm.

Gary has been making inventions since the first day of Club Penguin. Some of his inventions are around the island for normal penguins, but most were put in the Gadget Room, like the Test Chamber and the Crab Translator 3000. Gary ends most of his inventions with a number like 1000, 2000 or 3000 (Mainly 3000). 1000 is the prototype and 3000 is the complete version. It is probable that his projects receive copious funding from the PSA, since Gary would be unable to afford all required components without some source of financial support. Many of Gary's inventions have been proven as failures, such as the Ski Lift 1000, therefore suggesting that his inventing skill is not as good as he lets on.

Gary is not the founder/leader of the P.S.A.. His role is somewhat close of what is Q's from the James Bond series. He is the genius behind most of the inventions in Club Penguin, and appears in all of the Secret Missions.

During the 2008 Halloween Party, Gary could be found in the Secret Laboratory signing autographs. He could also be found during the Penguin Play Awards along with the Club Penguin Band, Aunt Arctic and Cadence. He appeared again during Festival of Flight 2009 at the Underground Pool and the Tallest Mountain. His latest appearance is during the Halloween Party 2009 at the Haunted House and, again, the Secret Laboratory . His appearances are mostly on special occasions and rarely comes randomly. He has no favorite server, so therefore it is hard to locate him.

Cadence, also known as DJ K-Dance or DJ Cadence (pronounced dee jay kay-dense*), is a local Club Penguin DJ and a great dancer. She is a peach colored penguin who has purple hair with pink tufts, green headphones, a pink and yellow scarf, a pair of pink and yellow wristbands, black eyelashes, along with white and black shoes. She does not have any body items, however. Cadence and others like to think of her as a cool penguin, usually indicated by the hip attire and the way she speaks.
Her favorite phrase is, "It's time to dance!". She likes to call herself the "Dance Machine". Like Rockhopper, the Penguin Band, Gary, and Aunt Arctic, she waddles around Club Penguin Island giving out a free background. Penguins using a cheating device such as Penguin Storm can get her hair, bangles and shoes, but this is cheating, which is against the rules.

Club Penguin released a Plush Toy for Cadence, which was in series five. She is the fifth famous penguin that has a matching plush.

She first appeared in The Club Penguin Times when there was a tour about the Night Club.
She was very excited when the new dance-based fashions were available at the Gift Shop so she could buy them, of course.
Cadence is part of the team that made the Dance-A-Thon party. She made a brand new dance game.
She is the only known penguin to have eyelashes, besides Dot from Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force.
Cadence calls herself a "Mix Master" and a "Dance Machine."
There was a rumor that if there are no penguins on the landing pad on the Night Club Rooftop, Cadence would come out from under it. Non-believers usually danced on there, and other penguins used this as an excuse to report them for blocking items. The rumor, however, was not true because in a recent Club Penguin blog, Billybob stated that she takes the stairs and not a jetpack.
The headphones she wears are the same as the green headphones that were given out at the Music Jam 2009.
Some penguins think that Happy77 controls Cadence. However, this has not yet been confirmed.
When she is talking, she says at least one word in capital letters (e.g.: let's DANCE!).
She has appeared at the Penguin Play Awards giving out autographed backgrounds along with the Penguin Band, Aunt Arctic and Gary.
According to her (when asked), she dyes her hair herself.
Some hackers try to hack her wig.
When asked why she is not a secret agent, Cadence says that she is too busy dancing.
When she appeared during the Dance-A-Thon party, she appeared without a boombox, but when she appeared at the Penguin Play Awards, she appeared with one.
She was the only penguin that could breakdance without a Boombox, but since the Dance-A-Thon party, she appeared with one.
She is a Level 5 Member.
Her name is often misspelled as "Cadance," "Candace," "Candance," or "Candense."
Many like her because she is polite and friendly.
She is hardly ever a bot.
She is the only penguin that can equip two hand items: the Boom Box and her wrist bands.
Every item she wears is unavailable to other players.
Her clothes can be permed; however, you will get a 72 hour ban.
(*)The word "cadence" is a term in music describing a progression of chords; fittingly, she is a DJ. It is pronounced "kay-dense."
